Welcome to the Renzo Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Holmdel, New Jersey. Our state-of-the-art training center provides a the highest level of training for kids, teens and adults in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), wrestling, woman's self-defense, and strength and conditioning. Instructors include Legendary Master Renzo Gracie, 5th degree blackbelt, Professor Rolles Gracie, 3rd degree blackbelt and many other top level teachers. It is not uncommon to see world champion Jiu-Jitsu and UFC athletes training at the facility. Guest Instructors from the famous Gracie family stop in from time to time to share their knowledge and passion for the gentle art.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a workout unlike any other and it needs to be experienced to be believed. After just a few weeks of training, you are going to find yourself losing weight and gaining lean muscle as you increase your stamina, endurance, flexibility and strength. BJJ is a whole body workout that beats anything you can do running on boring treadmills and lifting dead weights.
